Prom Court Announced

Congratulations to the 2017 East Clinton Prom Court. Prom will be held on Saturday, May 6 at Creekview Barn

Queen Candidates: Stacy Bernard, Mindy Bean, Carrie Pickering, Hannah Pickering, Blake Rhinehimer, Charliegh Haley.

Want to be a member of HS Student Council?  Paperwork Available
Paperwork for prospective Student Council members for 2017/2018 school year are now available in Room 202 and the high school office. Paperwork must be completed and returned to the office or to Mr. Wages no later than Friday, May 5 at the end of school.
Vaccine Requirements for Current Juniors / Class of 2018
Please review the letter from School Nurse Lisa Stephens regarding vaccine requirements for current juniors.  These requirements must be met before students can attend in the fall.

Volleyball 3 on 3 Tournament - Monday, May 15
The volleyball program will be holding at 3 on 3 volleyball tournament on Monday, May 15 at the high school.  Games will begin at 4:00 and registration takes place at 3:30 PM. The cost is $25.00 per team.  Spectators are encouraged and it is only $3.00 to watch. Contact head coach Sarah Sodini with any questions.
Cafeteria - Charging of Student Meals; Pay Balances Due
As stated in the student handbooks, charging of meals in the school cafeterias is discouraged. As a convenience, students are allowed to charge one meal. The One Call Now System is used to notify parents when student accounts become negative. As we prepare for the end of this school year, there will be no charging in the cafeterias after Friday, May 5. Please get any outstanding balances paid.

All seniors must have any meal charges as well as any fees paid to be permitted to walk at graduation.

Senior Baby Ads for Yearbook - Purchase by April 28
Senior baby ads will be sold online this year until April 28.  Half page ads are $45.00, 1/4 page ads are $30.00 and 1/8 page ads are $20.00. To purchase an ad for your senior, click here. (Click on "Buy a Personal Ad" to the right). Ads can also be submitted to the office and paid by cash or check. If you have any questions, email or call 937-584-2474.
"Remember When/Then and Now" Pictures - Submit by April 28
"Remember When/Then and Now" pictures are now being accepted for the yearbook. These pictures can be of students that are currently in high school from when they were in elementary through middle school. Please email them to or drop by the high school office or room 210.  Please be sure all pictures are labeled before submitting. There is no charge to submit these for inclusion in the 2017 yearbook.
2017 ECHS Yearbook - Deadline for Ordering is Friday, April 28
The 2017 yearbook can be ordered until Friday, April 28 for $65.00. Yearbooks can be purchased in room 210, the office, or click here to purchase online. Order a yearbook today to have a lasting memory of the 2016-17 school year. When ordering online, custom features such as namestamping, icons, and accessories can be ordered. For any questions regarding the yearbook, please contact adviser Mr. Jason Basford.
Senior Pictures for Yearbook / Class Composite - Submit by April 28
Senior pictures for yearbook must be submitted via email or other electronic method by Friday, April 28. Photos submitted must include no distracting background or elements, must be in color, and must be a vertical head and sholders portrait. Full body shots are not acceptable. It is recommended that there be no logos or hands in the portrait. Submit pictures to Jason Basford, yearbook advisor, at or drop off clearly labeled media to the high school office. Photos/media turned in will not be returned unless arrangements are made.
Senior College Acceptance Letters- Wednesday, May 17
Seniors need to provide Ms. Luck with a copy of their college acceptance letters by Wednesday, May 17.
Student Meals - View Student Accounts and Pay Online
The K12Payment Center is a secure, easy and a convenient way to view or apply funds directly to a student meal account. To use K12Payment Center to apply money to an account there is a $1.95 transaction fee charged by the website for processing the debit or credit card. There is no charge to create an account to view student meal/food purchases. All cafeterias continue to accept cash or check payments. For complete details on the system, click here.
