Cafeteria - Charging of Student Meals; Pay Balances Due

As stated in the student handbooks, charging of meals in the school cafeterias is discouraged. As a convenience, students are allowed to charge one meal. The One Call Now System is used to notify parents when student accounts become negative. As we prepare for the end of this school year, there will be no charging in the cafeterias after Friday, May 5. Please get any outstanding balances paid.

All seniors must have any meal charges as well as any fees paid to be permitted to walk at graduation.

Please contact Food Services Director Anne Woodruff at 937-584-7455 or with any questions.

Student Meals - View Student Accounts and Pay Online
The K12Payment Center is a secure, easy and a convenient way to view or apply funds directly to a student meal account. To use K12Payment Center to apply money to an account there is a $1.95 transaction fee charged by the website for processing the debit or credit card. There is no charge to create an account to view student meal/food purchases. All cafeterias continue to accept cash or check payments. For complete details on the system, click here.
Student Absences
Please call the school office if your child is absent from school. You can place the call after hours for the next school day and leave a voice message. Notes from doctor and dentist appointments also help us with our record keeping. Please send those in with your child upon returning to school.
Box Tops For Education
Please send in your box tops for education that are found on many grocery and department store labels. This is an easy and efficient way for our school to raise money for things like student incentive and attendance rewards.
