New Student Registration
 
In order to enroll a child in the East Clinton Local School District, the following documents need to be brought on the day of enrollment:
 
  • Birth Certificate (must be the legal certificate) or Passport
  • Social Security Card or number
  • Immunization record
  • Proof of Residence (Bill, Rental agreement, or notarized affidavit)
  • Previous Report Card, if available
  • Custody or Guardianship papers (if applicable) f
  • Foster Child Documentation(If applicable: Court documentation if the school district that is financially responsible.)
  • Copy of IEP or 504 (If applicable: A current copy of the IEP or 504 document. A placement meeting may need to be held before your child attends school.)
  • Driver’s license
  • Forms (See Below)
 

Information from your previous school may be obtained if necessary, but it will delay your child’s enrollment and first day of attendance.
Note: Let the school official know if your child has previously attended any building in the East Clinton Local School District.
 
Enrollment Process
When all documentation is collected, please contact Cathy Pendell at East Clinton Central Office at 937-584-2461, ext.103 to schedule an appointment to enroll your child(ren).
 
All High School Students: Once all of the necessary enrollment documentation has been received, a meeting will be scheduled with the counselor to prepare your student’s schedule. This meeting may not be on the same day.
All Kindergarten Students: Please contact the elementary building to schedule the required kindergarten screening that is necessary prior to starting school. New Vienna Elementary (937) 987-2448 Sabina Elementary (937) 584-5421
